By observing the second half of the last century a profound transformation has occurred in the field of literature studies and, in wider terms, within the humanities. The opportunities offered by statistical and computational methods allow to study texts from a different point of view, furthermore they hold up innovative solutions and unexplored paths of analysis. Automatic research, based on literary works, has grown primarily because of the large availability of information tecnologies and at present it enables users to get a representation of texts, to extract some essential properties from them and to interpret their contents. This type of analysis helps humanists to solve some crucial issues, to develop other ones and to open completely new ones.
The aim of this thesis project is to create a path useful to investigate the interviews of the italian journalist Oriana Fallaci. The textual analysis supported by computational and statistical methods reveals different outlooks both of form and content of the 151 interviews conducted by the Florentine journalist during twenty years of career, from 1962 to 1982.

Moreover we does not neglect all the aspects concerning communication design, as we give great importance to the representation of the wealth of data. Actually, the extracted data are reorganized within an interactive website which allows users to access a piece of information through different visualizations and to make connections between them, with the purpose of producing new knowledge.
